Ronda has more than 20 years of experience in various human resources leadership roles for diverse organizations. She accelerates companies’ human resources and organizational transformation through leadership and differentiated talent models. She also helps organizations attract and develop the best
talent and build a culture of agility, innovation and engagement. Under Ronda’s leadership, companies have instituted solutions to optimize global workforce outcomes using talent analytics and data, with special emphasis on predictive analytics as a cornerstone for managing human resources.
She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Human Resources People and Strategy (HRPS) and Human Resource Leadership Forum, and she is a past board member of the Hawks Atlanta Diversity and Inclusion. In addition, Ronda is a speaker and certified facilitator for the Benchmark 360 assessment by the Center for Creative Leadership and is a qualified facilitator for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and HOGAN Assessment. She sits on the board of directors for the University of West Georgia and sits on the advisory board for Joyable. Ronda graduated from the University of West Georgia with a bachelor of science in criminal justice and a
master of arts in sociology. She earned her doctorate in psychology from Georgia State University.
