Faith Patrick is a Human Resources Consultant that thrives in constructing inclusive work environments that are rich in employee engagement and excellence in human resources. She is a diligent communicator and she deploys that skill to drive change in areas of opportunity for established organizations. Faith is a critical thinker that finds her success in helping others overcome challenges by providing specific avenues of resolution based on actionable objectives.

 

Before Faith had the opportunity to join the PerformancePoint team, she tirelessly strived to establish herself in the human resources field. She explored every opportunity to hone her craft and deliver an impact to her local community.

 

After completing her BS degree in Health Studies with a concentration of Healthcare Leadership at the University of Memphis; she jumped in immediately with philanthropic organizations such as the Christian Care Center and Christ Community Health Services.
 

Faith poured hope into others by feeding and caring for geriatric patients. She simultaneously sharpened her attributes through receiving hands on training in major human resources foundations such as recruitment, on-boarding, personnel management, benefits administration and employee engagement.

 

Faith’s promising career is blooming with PerformancePoint, where she is evolving into a major factor in her industry. She has helped develop and perform hotline services in addition to conducting surveys through the Qualtrics software platform for clients. The aforementioned tools are essential for providing a true snapshot of the culture of a business. Faith is now stepping out into the field, working side by side with her clients to deliver a powerful brand of service that is changing the face of work environments.
