Mike Bruno

Michael Bruno is an accomplished sales and
business development professional with over
20 years of experience in consulting, employee
benefits, HCM and recruiting environments.
Throughout his career, Mike has advised HR
leaders, business owners, and C-suite executives
to be better at doing the things they really want to
do: acquire new customers, drive revenue, streamline
operations, and keep employees healthy and happy.
As Strategy & Growth Leader for PerformancePoint,
Mike works alongside the firm’s diverse and dedicated
team of HR consultants, trainers, and practitioners to
assist employers across the United States build and
maintain collaborative cultures, resilient relationships,
and engaged employees.
Prior to joining PerformancePoint, Mike was
Employee Benefits Consultant for USI Insurance
Services, one of the largest risk management,
insurance and consulting firms in the United States. There, he leveraged USI’s considerable resources and experts in pharmacy, stop loss/reinsurance, analytics, underwriting and ERISA compliance to help middle-market employers improve the benefits experience for employees while minimizing their annual spend.
Earlier in his career, Mike was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Adams Keegan, $1B+ national integrated payroll/HR/benefits firm, and Founder and Managing Principal of Dialogue Partners, Inc., a boutique consulting and executive search firm serving the call center industry throughout the United States and Canada.
Mike is a graduate of Rhodes College where he earned a bachelor’s degree in English Literature. Mike is active in the Memphis community and has served in leadership roles on several non-profit boards and civic and business organizations, including RISE Foundation, YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South, SHRM-Memphis and Mid-South Area Underwriters Association. Mike is a 2010 alumnus of New Memphis Institute’s Leadership Development Intensive (LDI), an executive-level leadership experience delivered in partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership.
