Jennifer Blake is a human resources generalist with experience in a variety of industries, including financial services and health care, in the areas of compensation and performance management, employee communications, and the development of hands-on human resources systems.
Prior to joining PerformancePoint, Jennifer was director of human resources for a large, partially-unionized community hospital. Later, she became an internal consultant for a stand-alone children’s medical center.
Jennifer is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business, with a major in human resources management. She is a Certified Compensation Professional through WorldatWork. She has been an active member of several professional human resources groups including the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Mid-South Compensation Association.
