Hollie Federman is a principal of PerformancePoint, LLC. In addition to her involvement in the daily operations of the business she is also the Director of Event
Planning & Management for the company.
Before joining PerformancePoint; Hollie owned and operated a successful corporate and social event planning and management firm. She and her team created and managed corporate conferences, product launches, and charity events.
Hollie has over 30 years experience in the Human Resources and Training industry. She has worked for the National Committee for Quality in Assurance in Washington DC as well as Humana Inc. headquarters in the Training & Development Department. Hollie has a master’s degree in Human Resources Development and is actively involved on several boards and charities.
